Spiritual Coaching and Pastoral Counseling Certification
This is a non-degree Program leading to either Spiritual Coaching Certification or a Certificate of Pastoral Counseling (CSC. or CPC.) Completion of either of these programs is intended to support ministers, coaches, healing practitioners, therapists, helping professionals and workers in various fields and professional capacities to better fulfill their duties and responsibilities by utilizing the dimension of “spirit” in their work. The basis of these programs is Ministerial Ordainment, and/or the assessment of a current ministerial credential from another ordaining body.
The GLOBAL COUNCIL OF SPIRITUAL TEACHERS™ is dedicated to evolutionary human advancement, and prepares inspired professionals to incorporate “spirit” in practical and life-enhancing ways. As a body of highly trained spiritual facilitators, we have hundreds of years of collective experience positively impacting people's lives and awakening them to the world of spirit. The individuals that we serve enjoy continuous spiritual unfoldment, and welcome the challenges of life equipped with powerful spiritual tools and invaluable guidance from their own inner faculties.

What is the International Association for Spiritual Coaching™?
The International Association for Spiritual Coaching™ (IASC) is the ONLY organization of its kind, which was expressly created to ASSESS the qualifications of those who offer Spiritual or Pastoral Coaching™ as a professional spiritual practitioner and/or as a professional who incorporates spirituality and “spirit” concepts as they serve in various fields. We believe spirituality to be an integral and invaluable part of life, and the key to a fulfilling and evolutionary human existence.
Additionally, the term Spiritual Coaching is used by our organization to bring Pastoral Counseling into the 21st century. To present the contemporary idea that “coaching” requires people to find their own answers—with support and full awareness--rather than look to others… We absolutely believe in empowerment!
The Purpose of the IASC Certification Program is:
I Establish and administer minimum standards for assessing and/or certifying spiritual and pastoral coaching practices. (Ministers, coaches, helping professionals, etc.)
II Assure the public that participating coaches, ministers and professionals meet or exceed these minimum standards.
III Reinforce spiritual coaching as a valuable, distinct and self-regulating profession.
