Ordination Preparation Program

The IASC Ordination Preparation Program is a highly specialized personal intensive for candidates who are readying them selves for ministerial ordination and/or the launch of a modern day “ministry.” The primary goal of IASC is to re-position “Spiritual Coaching” and place it on par with the secular coaching world. This will be done by introducing spiritual methodologies and by deliberately promoting spiritual approaches for utilization in both life and business. The IASC Ordination Preparation Program is offered in four parts (see below), and was specifically designed for the 21st century professional who wishes to incorporate spiritual ideals and universal laws in their services to others. The four focuses are:

1. What Is My Experience of The “Calling”?
2. How Do I Want My “Ministry” To Look?
3. The “Business” Of A Modern Day Ministry
4. Legalities, Compliance and Responsible Service

The emphasis of our program is the removal of non-constructive barriers - from personal beliefs to misinformation - between what is often called the “real world” and the new possibilities that will be based on the untapped promise and efficiency of Spirit. From our perspective as Spiritual Teachers, any true and lasting success requires us to effectively bridge the “inner” and outer worlds. We are dedicated to Practical Spirituality. Our intention is to deliver customized support, as you embark on the important path of becoming an ordained professional and, particularly, to assist you to meet the specific spiritual needs within your field.

Although we consider our selves one community, we understand that there may be as many DIFFERENT spiritual beliefs, customs and life styles as there are members. Additionally, we would like to share that the key leaders of our community were ordained in just the way that you are now preparing to be. We each recognized that our life had brought us a “Calling”, and that in answering that Call we were to remain our unique self.
